Lauren has worked as an English teacher, an instructional coach, and an education manager for state and national programs. She holds a Master’s degree in Reading and an Administration endorsement, with teaching licenses in Virginia and Georgia.

 

Lauren has dedicated her career to providing teachers with the tools and mentorship they need to help students succeed. Realizing that many educators do not have access to these essential resources, she started Coached By Lauren LLC in April 2026. Based in Georgia, her company offers both in-person and online support to help schools, students, and teachers.
